Update on the Prison Yoga @ HMP Bristol:

​It is amazing to think that on the 8th September, Matt will have been volunteering weekly  as a yoga teacher at HMP Bristol for three years. It is amazing to think how quickly that time has gone and also the number of men that have been taught over that period. Also, that we were able to run a two day yoga & meditation 'retreat' this year

 

Also, as of Wednesday 4th September we will have handed out 47 new yoga mats over the  last three years to men who have developed a regular self practice. This has been possible due to generosity of supporters giving a bit of money towards securing mats for the men.
