In Person Yoga Groups

Monday Morning Community Yoga Group (09:15 start):
This group runs every Monday morning from 09:15am to 10:30am at Didmarton Village Hall. The Practice is a 75 minutes blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Each session concludes with a time of meditation. The group is suitable for people with no experience of yoga, or if you have a regular practice. Please contact us for details.

Thursday Community Yoga Group: (19:30 start)
This group runs every Thursday  from 19:30 pm to 20:45pm at The Chantry, Thornbury. The Practice is a 75 minute blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Each session concludes with a time of meditation. The group is suitable for people with no experience of yoga, or if you have a regular practice.

An 'Introduction to Yoga' Course:
This 6 week course; 
which runs twice a year is ideal whether you are a beginner to yoga, or wanting to deepen your personal practice. There are a maximum of 10 places on the course which costs £75 for the 6 weeks. Concessions are available on request. Please make contact to find out the next dates.
